These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the m77club platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using m77club, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and m77club (hereinafter referred to as "m77club", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services, casino games, sports betting markets, and all associated features available through the m77club website at https://m77club.cam.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all players accessing the m77club Platform from Malaysia, including but not limited to users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations within and outside Malaysia where access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable local law.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:
Access to and use of the m77club Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. m77club reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds therein may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices belonging to the same individual, are strictly prohibited. m77club reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings accrued across such accounts.
Players must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any Balance.
It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. m77club does not represent that the services are available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. m77club will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify m77club immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All Accounts on the m77club Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. m77club is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred by the Player.
An Account is deemed inactive if no login, deposit, or wager activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. m77club reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of up to RM 50 per month on inactive accounts, deducted from the Account Balance, following thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the email address registered on the Account. Where an Account Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting m77club support via live chat or email. Any remaining Balance after satisfying applicable bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and any outstanding investigation.
m77club accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). The minimum deposit is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Processing times vary by method: e-wallet payouts (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; bank transfers within 30 minutes to 2 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 10–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must ensure:
m77club operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed pending enhanced due diligence review. m77club reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of source of funds, where a transaction triggers an AML review. Failure to provide required documentation may result in withdrawal suspension and Account investigation.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by m77club are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is made, in addition to these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires RM 1,000 in cumulative qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
m77club takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies (such as wagering both sides of a bet) to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or malfunctions to generate bonus credits. m77club reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate any Account, where bonus abuse is detected or suspected.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated free bets will expire fourteen (14) days from the date they are credited to the Account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
All casino games offered on the m77club Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-term theoretical return percentages and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome. m77club does not manipulate game outcomes.
m77club offers sports betting markets on events including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, and UFC. All bets are accepted subject to the specific sport rules applicable at the time of placement. m77club reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by technical errors, incorrect odds, match abandonment, or where a result cannot be verified.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, m77club will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, wagers affected by confirmed malfunctions shall be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated through exploitation of a known technical error will be forfeited.
m77club reserves the right to impose maximum winning limits per single wager, per game session, or per calendar day. Where applicable, such limits will be communicated in the specific game or promotion terms. Winnings that exceed stated limits may be adjusted to the maximum permitted amount.

Upon termination for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
m77club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate update is required for regulatory compliance, security, or legal reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and notify m77club to close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating entity, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with m77club's customer support team may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
For the avoidance of doubt, m77club's decisions in relation to game outcomes, Account status, bonus eligibility, and withdrawal approvals shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal except where m77club determines, in its sole discretion, that an error has occurred.
